Immersed into Christ last December 30 were Jester
C. Abance, 13 of Poblacion Tuba, Benguet and Wilbert
L. Carame, 13 of Badiwan, Poblacion Tuba, Benguet.
Abance is a freshman student at the Tuba Central
National High School while Carame studies in the
University of Baguio High School.
Also last January 6 Janriel Wilson S. Abance, 11,
was immersed into Christ by brother Andy Bestre after
finishing the seeker’s lessons. He is a Grade 5 pupil of
Tuba Elementary School.
Midtown church welcomes the newly baptized
members into her midst and prays for their spiritual

 Leaders of the congregation received last
January 5 copies of Eldred Echols’ book “The
Most Excellent Way” based on I Corinthians.
Copies of the 1994 edition of Echols’ book
were received by the leaders through the
initiative of brother Jojo Ramos.
Printed by Sweet Publishing in Fort Worth,
Texas, USA, Echols’ book lays out guidelines
on “overcoming chronic issues that divide
the church.”

 When Pasir Panjang church’s “Let
Start Talking” (LST) team comes to
Baguio City the campus ministry will
soon be launched.
Impressed about the city’s student
population receptivity and openness, the
Pasir Panjang Christians will be back soon
to concentrate on “Campus Ministry.”
Some men and young people of Midtown
church will be helping in this endeavor later.
