 Christian Daniel R. Espinosa, only son of Noel and Henrietta (Cot) Espinosa was baptized into Christ last July 4 in Pasir Panjang, Singapore by his own father.
CD Espinosa was taught here at Midtown church by brothers Arnan A. Bayla, Andy Bestre and others before he went to Singapore.
The congregation rejoices and welcomes CD Espinosa for putting on Christ in his young life.

 Brother Santiago (Dodoy) B. Sameon still needs the prayers of the congregation.
News received by the MI board of editors revealed that brother Sameon was temporarily out of the hospital and was brought to his hometown in Negros Occidental.
But his condition did not improve so he was brought back to the Siliman University hospital.
The men of the congregation approved the motion that a special collection will be made in behalf of brother Sameon today and next Sunday.

 Seventeen ladies from Midtown church are slated to attend the National Ladies Retreat on April 28 to May 1 at Hotel Tepeyac here in Baguio City.
The ladies to attend the retreat are as follows: Lorigrace B. Austria; Letty Bayating; Pearl C. Bestre; Jane Bestre; Janice Po; Tess Kitma; Josie Baban; Minda Oliva; Mary Jane Abance; Rosita Go; Vangie Glori; Dith Zamora; Norma Aping; Nelly Bayla; Ruth Camora; Nancy Bayla and Cel Alvarez.

 SMS (text) communication with the Sameon family now in Negros Oriental confirmed last week that brother Santiago (Dodoy) Sameon II is out of the Intensive Care Unit of the hospital in Dumaguety City.
However, the doctors attending brother Sameon put him “under observation” for a possible heart “bypass” operation in the days ahead.
The Sameon family requests for the continued prayers of the congregation and gives thanks for the concern and supplications to God.
