BOKOD SECOND YEAR ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION

The well-attended second anniversary celebration of Bokod church transpired in Nov.14,2010. Worship service was the first part of activities which were participated by brn. Andy Bestre, as songleader, June Reyes, prayerleader and the messenger of the anniversary was bro. Santiago B. Sameon II, who delivered an inspiring thanksgiving message.

Presentation of songs by the: children’s class, brethren from Midtown, Pito, Poblacion and Penged congregations, presented spiritual renditions. The Bokod church rendered praise songs in Ibaloi and English dialects. Featured also were testimonies by brn.Faustino Wais, Mariano Velasco and Art Tacay, respective leaders of Pito, Bokod and Midtown congregations. Giveaways of award tokens were presented by bro. Shemer EmolDwayne Sameon after worship to active participants of the MOM ministry.

After the fellowship lunch, the ground breaking ceremony for the forthcoming chapel project of the Bokod church took place. Bro. Jojo Ramos delivered the challenging message. In the afternoon sis. Janet Ramos led the outdoor games of blind fold, sack race, breaking the pot and apple eating contest to the applause and delight of participants and onlookers!
